Short version: the site is free general information. Check prices on the official page before you decide, because platforms change them and we can make mistakes.

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms apply to newsletterledger.com (Newsletter Ledger, “we”), run by a small independent team. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions: [email protected].

2. Information only, not advice

The calculators, tables and pages are general information to help you compare published prices. They are not financial, tax, legal or business advice, and they don't know your situation. Results are estimates built from the assumptions shown on each page and in the methodology.

3. Prices can be wrong or out of date

We check every price against the platform's official page and show the date we checked it. Platforms still change prices, plans, fees and taxes without notice, and we can make errors. Always confirm the current price, terms and taxes on the platform's own site before you sign up or pay. Figures marked “unverified” have not yet been confirmed on the official page. If you find a mistake, email us and we will correct it and log it on the price-change log.

4. Affiliate links and other websites

Some links earn us a commission, as explained in the affiliate disclosure. Every platform we link to is a separate company. We don't control their sites, products, prices, trials, billing or cancellation terms, and we aren't responsible for them. Any account, trial or purchase you make there is between you and that company, under its terms and privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may use, link to and share the site and its calculator results freely, including quoting figures with a link back. Please don't scrape the site in a way that overloads it, try to break or attack it, or present our content as your own.

6. Our content

The text, design, calculators and data compilation are ours. Platform names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; no endorsement is implied.

7. No warranty

The site is provided free, “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it is accurate, complete, up to date, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on it, including decisions about which platform to use, lost profits, or costs charged by a platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the day it is posted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts under your local law.
