About Newsletter Ledger

Newsletter Ledger is a small, independent site with one job: show newsletter writers what each platform really costs, with every price dated and sourced.

Who runs it

Newsletter Ledger is run by a small independent team. We build and maintain the calculators and check every price against the platforms' official pricing pages. We don't publish personal stories or claim hands-on experience we don't have: every number on the site links to its source and shows the date we checked it.

What this site is, and isn't

• It is a calculator and a public log of price changes, built from official pricing pages.
• It is not a review site. We have not published hands-on tests of these platforms. Planned migration guides will be published only after real test migrations (see Guides).
• It is independent: not owned by, sponsored by or endorsed by any platform listed. See the affiliate disclosure.
